We operate short-term rentals for one- to four-apartment owners in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro. A free assessment is a written review of a single apartment you already let or plan to let. It shows what the flat can realistically earn, what it costs to run, and where local rules limit you.

Inside the report

  • Comparable nightly rates for your district, and the occupancy those listings actually hold across the season.
  • A 12-month projection: gross bookings, platform commission, cleaning invoices, management fee and the net payout, row by row.
  • The tourist levy your city applies, plus building rules on short-term letting and owner registration considerations such as sole-trader status.
  • What we would change first: pricing calendar, photo set, minimum-stay rules, and guest messages answered 08:00 to 22:00.

Guest messages are answered inside these hours. Between 22:00 and 08:00 an on-call line handles emergencies only: lockouts, water damage and access failures. Routine requests wait for the morning shift.
